L. Kenneth Fulk

Class of re-1936 / Inducted 1974 / Men's Basketball

Kenneth Fulk was inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame in 1983 for his athletic accomplishments in basketball while a student at Emory & Henry.

While attending Emory & Henry, Fulk was an all-around athlete, lettering in football for four years, basketball for four years and track for one year.  After finishing school, he played professionally in the  Dixie League and played end for the Washington, D.C. Presidents.

Fulk went on to have a career as a claims manager for Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company.  He passed away on February 6, 1983, three months shy of his induction into the Sports Hall of Fame.
