Kevin Rogers
Kevin Rogers graduated in 1997 as a four-year football letterman. He was a starter for 3 years, playing at Offensive Guard. Standing 5’11” and weighing in at 245 pounds, he was tough to get past.
He and his teammates were ODAC Champions for three of their four seasons together, and in 1995 the team record was 9 and 2 and they went to the NCAA Playoffs.
Kevin was named All-ODAC for three seasons.
He was also named for All-State College Division honors for three seasons.
And in 1996, Kevin was named Third-Team All-America and First-Team All-Region.
A teammate has said this about Kevin’s work on the gridiron: “Kevin epitomized what made Emory & Henry Football a force to be reckoned with during our playing days. We were successful during our time there because of a physical offense and a smothering defense.”
Kevin now serves as an educator and school administrator in the Atlanta region.
